Hours are to be used and will be honored for 1 full year from the date of 1st trip.

Note fuel billed at the end of each trip to your account .

A credit card  # will be held to settle fuel charges at the end of each trip.

Note: fuel charge will be billed to your card directly from the Marina (no markup added)

The small fine print :

• Regular reservations accepted up 2 hrs prior to use ( based on availability)

• Priority reservations (you may book up too 3 reservations at a time for up to 2 months in advance) (based on availability)

• In the event there is no availability on your requested date we guarantee availability within 48 hrs of your requested date

• Prepayment required (non refundable for any reason beyond 1st use) 

• If you are unhappy after your 1 use you may request a full refund (excluding fuel used and cost of use @ 150.00/hr) and cancel your membership 

• Cancellations- cancellations due to weather are free. (conditions thunderstorm warnings, winds over 15 knots , small craft advisory etc)

• Cancellations due to your change of plans - within 48 hrs   (1 hr deduction for 2 hr trips)  (2 hr deduction for 4+hr trips)

• Captain reserves the right to cancel a trip based on his concern for safety (weather or water conditions )  (no fee)

• No smoking - our vessels are smoke free . There are stops along the way you may get off and smoke if you wish

• No illegal substances permitted . If this occurs , we return to dock immediately with no refund.
